Overview
We seek a confident and outgoing individual to lead high-quality basketball training sessions for youth and adult athletes while actively prospecting new clients. This role involves selling private training and building a personal brand within a growing gym environment.
What You'll Do9
- 1Run high-quality basketball training sessions for youth and adult athletes
- 2Prospect new training clients inside and outside the gym
- 3Talk to parents players members and guests about training opportunities
- 4Follow up with leads via phone text and in person
- 5Help sell private training small group training clinics camps and programs
- 6Promote PickUp USA programs through social media and in-person outreach
- 7Maintain a professional energetic and positive presence in the gym
- 8Assist with youth programs clinics camps and player development sessions
- 9Create a positive training environment for athletes

- 3Comfortable speaking with parents and athletes
- 4Motivated by commission and growth opportunities
- 5Reliable professional coachable attitude
- 6Passionate about basketball development
- 7Ability to generate leads and close clients
- 8Evening and weekend availability
- 9Experience coaching or teaching sports or physical education is preferred
- 10High school competitive basketball experience required
- 11Sales customer service or recruiting experience is a plus
