After School Sports Coach, Golf & Tennis for Kids
Overview
TGA Premier Sports seeks part-time coaches to teach Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Flag Football, and Cheer to children ages 3 to 12 in after-school programs across North Atlanta. You will lead structured classes, build kids' confidence, and introduce them to sports. This role works 5 to 8 hours per week, with afternoon hours following the school year. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead fun and structured Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Flag Football, or Cheer classes for kids in Pre K through 6th grade.
- 2Attend virtual or in-person training to learn TGA's curriculum and coaching methods.
- 3Help kids develop confidence, skills, and a love for sports and physical activity.
- 4Set up and clean up equipment before and after each class.
- 5Communicate promptly with the admin team using Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Meet, and a smartphone app.
- 6Travel to various schools across South Gwinnett and North Atlanta, including Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Johns Creek, Duluth, and Norcross.
- 7Adhere to school-specific drug testing requirements, including a 90-day hair follicle test.
- 8Commit to the full school year season, August through May, without backing out.
Requirements8
- 1Enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with kids.
- 2Prior experience with children is helpful but not required.
- 3Reliable transportation and availability during afternoons (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
- 4Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds of equipment.
- 5Ability to use video-based training, a smartphone app, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Meet.
- 6Strong communication and quick response times with the admin team.
- 7Must pass a 90-day hair follicle drug test and any additional tests required by schools.
- 8Available to work at all listed locations, as classes rotate daily.
