What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain a safe, organized yard and shop to support daily operations.

  • 3Refuel and top off basic fluids to keep equipment available for rental.
  • 4Prepare equipment for rentals by staging and positioning machines as directed.
  • 5Drive and maneuver heavy equipment safely around the yard and shop.
  • 6Assist shop mechanics with moving equipment and basic maintenance tasks.
  • 7Support customers by locating, loading, and guiding operation of equipment.
  • 8Perform general labor tasks and odd jobs to keep the facility running smoothly.
  • 9Follow safety procedures and company guidelines in all yard and shop activities.
  • 10Collaborate with a small team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Requirements10

  • 12–3 years of experience operating construction or tractor equipment
  • 2Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as tractors, bobcats, forklifts, or similar machinery
  • 3Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand basic equipment functions and maintenance needs
  • 4Experience in a farm or ranch environment or similar setting involving heavy equipment and outdoor labor
  • 5Comfort working outdoors in a physically demanding role that includes yard work, heavy lifting, and general labor
  • 6Ability to work with customers and mechanics in a professional and helpful manner
  • 7Reliability and willingness to follow safety protocols and operational procedures
  • 8Previous experience as a laborer, helper, farm hand, or yard worker
  • 9Experience in construction, concrete work, or related trades
  • 10Willingness to learn equipment maintenance and repair tasks as training is provided
