Requirements8
- 1Minimum 1 year wound care clinic experience
- 2Associate or Diploma degree with BSN completion within 60 months of hire
- 3Current Arizona RN license and BLS certification
- 4Experience in acute care settings exceeding 10 months
- 5Proven ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- 6Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- 7Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice
- 8Ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff effectively
