What You'll Do5

- 3Conducts thorough wound assessments and documents findings
- 4Develops care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- 5Tracks resident progress and adjusts treatment plans as needed
Requirements5
- 1Active unrestricted LPN or RN license in the state of practice
- 2Nursing degree from an accredited institution
- 3Two years of clinical experience as an LPN or RN
- 4Compliance with state licensure and certification requirements
- 5Ability to obtain wound care certification within six months of hire
