What You'll Do11
- 1Provide resident care following nursing standards and physician orders
- 2Assess treat and monitor wounds using sound clinical judgment

- 4Offer compassionate communication to residents families and caregivers
- 5Guide nursing team members on clinical practices
- 6Maintain accurate documentation of wound assessments and outcomes
- 7Ensure resident confidentiality through HIPAA compliance
- 8Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic healing

Requirements7
- 1Active LPN or RN license in Virginia
- 2Current BLS certification required
- 3Minimum two years wound care experience in long-term care
- 4Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments
- 5Certified Wound Care Nurse certification preferred
- 6Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- 7Commitment to patient-centered care principles
