Workstream Lead SAP Order to Cash
Overview
You will lead the Order-to-Cash workstream in our SAP transformation, owning end-to-end delivery from design to hypercare. You will manage cross-functional teams across Sales, Fulfillment, Finance, Revenue, and Customer Operations, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices. This role drives process improvement and adoption in a high-impact tech environment, reshaping the data storage industry.
What You'll Do10
- 1Drive the Order-to-Cash workstream cadence, governance, and delivery activities.
- 2Facilitate daily standups, workstream meetings, and issue resolution sessions.
- 3Serve as communication liaison between O2C sub-teams and cross-functional workstreams.
- 4Support key design decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- 5Review solution designs and provide business process guidance.
- 6Encourage continuous process improvement and SAP best-practice adoption.
- 7Monitor scope, schedule, resources, and workstream deliverables.
- 8Collect and report workstream status, risks, issues, and key metrics.
- 9Support data validation and conversion readiness activities.
- 10Drive testing defects to closure and support integration testing.
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 26+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Process Management.
- 35+ years leading SAP, ERP, or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- 4Deep knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Cash Application.
- 5Experience driving cross-functional process design, business readiness, testing, deployment, and organizational change management.
- 6Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive consensus, and lead teams across business and technology organizations.
- 7Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.
