ERP Business Analyst, SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash
Overview
Own the Order to Cash workstream in the SAP S/4HANA transformation at Collins Aerospace. You will join the Collins Process & Systems Transformation Program, which includes end-to-end O2C processes, from inquiry to billing. Work with an integrated team of internal and external resources to design, build, and support the future ERP. This hybrid role, based in Charlotte, NC, requires 7+ years of SAP experience and a deep understanding of O2C digital processes.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design end-to-end Order to Cash processes in SAP S/4HANA, covering Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery, Billing, Invoice, Credit Management, and Accounts Receivable.
- 2Collaborate with business and digital teams to translate requirements into SAP configurations and system solutions.
- 3Configure and develop SAP capabilities with external and internal teams during the Build phase.
- 4Create and execute test scenarios and scripts for the O2C workstream.
- 5Assist data mapping and testing with the data team and process owners.
- 6Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows, and data policies.
- 7Deliver functional specifications for forms, reports, enhancements, conversion programs, integrations, and workflows.
- 8Support migration and go-live activities during cutover and hypercare.
- 9Evaluate bolt-on applications and make recommendations based on functional needs and best practices.
Requirements6
- 17+ years of SAP experience with Order to Cash focus and a bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
- 2Advanced degree with 7+ years of related work experience.
- 3Strong understanding of digital processes for O2C including quotes, contracts, sales orders, returns, delivery, shipping, pricing, billing finance, EDI, and customer applications.
- 4Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements.
- 5Experience with SAP configuration, data management, and reporting.
- 6Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
