What You'll Do11
- 1Schedule vendors and provide employee guidance while solving problems
- 2Manage program compliance and daily office expectations
- 3Travel to support site turnovers and project needs
- 4Build out processes and create training documentation
- 5Oversee space readiness and quality of service
- 6Provide high-touch support to stakeholders and VIPs
- 7Welcome associates and guests with professionalism
- 8Review employee voice data to identify service improvements
- 9Submit work orders for repairs and maintenance
- 10Coordinate with service line leads and the Workplace Experience Manager
- 11Act as primary escalation point for employee concerns
Requirements10
- 15+ years building facilities management experience
- 2Strong leadership and communication skills
- 3Hospitality-focused mindset
- 4Ability to analyze employee feedback data
- 5Proficiency with AWS Certified solutions
- 6Experience with Kubernetes infrastructure
- 7Certified Professional in Cloud Architecture
- 85+ years working in Tampa region
- 9Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field
- 10Excellent problem-solving abilities
