Own Workday integrations for a global IT organization, covering Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services. What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement Workday Studio integrations for HR and payroll data flows.
- 2Build EIB and Core Connector solutions to automate data exchange with third-party systems.
- 3Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs for real-time integration needs.
- 4Debug and resolve integration failures, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- 5Partner with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- 6Support payroll integrations by validating data mapping and transformation in Workday.
- 7Document integration designs and technical processes for future reference.
Requirements6
- 15+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including Studio and EIB.
- 2Proficiency in Workday Studio development, including XSLT and XPath.
- 3Experience with Core Connectors and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- 4Knowledge of payroll integrations and data mapping in Workday.
- 5Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for integration issues.
- 6Ability to work across technical and functional teams, bridging HR and IT.
