What You'll Do11
- 1Manage teams in identifying business requirements functional design and process design including scenario mapping and flow mapping
- 2Architect Workday HCM solution ensuring cohesive cross functional impact mitigation
- 3Formulate planning budgeting forecasting and reporting strategies
- 4Architect statements of work and client proposals
- 5Lead workshops for client education and conduct working sessions to analyze business requirements
- 6Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
- 7Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
- 8Provide status updates to stakeholders and manage project resources and budgets
- 9Serve as escalation point for critical functional issues
- 10Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management
- 11Ensure adoption of Workday best practices and innovate through new methods
Requirements10
- 1Workday Partner Certification
- 2Minimum of 3 years consulting or client side experience in a Lead role
- 3Minimum of 3 years HCM Functional experience
- 4Minimum of 3 years Workday Implementation experience
- 5Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12 years work experience
- 6Associate's degree acceptable with 6 years equivalent experience
- 7Bonus points for 6 years of Workday-related implementations
- 8Knowledge of HR function and processes
- 9Experience in Education or Government Workday implementations
- 10Compensation varies based on location skill set and experience
