Workday BI Manager Job at Mass General Brigham
Overview
This role owns the technical strategy for reporting and business intelligence within Workday, Prism, and downstream analytics tools at Mass General Brigham. You lead a team of analysts and developers, define reporting architecture, and ensure trusted workforce data for enterprise decision-making. Partner with IT and EDW teams, standardize dashboards, and build the foundation for accessible data. This position is critical for leaders making informed decisions.
What You'll Do7
- 1Lead the Business Intelligence team, directing analysts and developers to deliver high-performance dashboards.
- 2Translate executive data needs into actionable Workday and Prism solutions.
- 3Oversee data models, visualizations, and interactive dashboards for KPIs across the hospital.
- 4Implement data governance, quality, and security standards for SQL databases.
- 5Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- 6Improve BI infrastructure and tools to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- 7Conduct training sessions to ensure effective use of BI solutions.
Requirements8
- 18-10+ years in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis.
- 2Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and database design.
- 4Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- 5In-depth knowledge of SQL and large relational databases.
- 6Proven leadership in managing BI development teams.
- 7Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 8Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
