Overview
You will own Power BI and Fabric Services reporting for Abbott's Core Lab manufacturing site in Irving, Texas. You will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that drive decisions for hospital and lab diagnostics. What You'll Do8
- 1Build Power BI dashboards using DAX and M code to visualize manufacturing KPIs.
- 2Write advanced SQL queries to extract and transform data from Oracle and SQL Server.
- 3Partner with manufacturing and IT teams to map requirements into BI solutions.
- 4Design ETL processes to integrate data from Excel, CSV, and cloud feeds.
- 5Validate data accuracy through testing and quality checks before deployment.
- 6Deploy Power BI reports to Fabric services and manage the full SDLC.
- 7Educate users on BI best practices and self-service analytics.
- 8Document technical designs and maintain data dictionaries.
Requirements7
- 12+ years building Power BI models with DAX and M code.
- 22+ years writing advanced SQL for data retrieval and visualization.
- 31+ years in data warehouse design, including dimensional modeling.
- 4Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
- 5Strong ETL skills and understanding of OLAP frameworks.
- 6Hands-on experience deploying KPI, analytic, and dashboard solutions.
- 7Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
