Overview
Own fabrication and assembly of commercial and custom doors at our Phoenix site with hands on use of multiple woodworking machines. Work with wood slabs, casing, and hardware kits to produce ready to ship products. Collaborate with team to meet order deadlines and maintain safety standards.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and assemble wood and metal kits for doors
- 2Operate casing cutting and miter machines and install components
- 3Apply casing to prehung door units and install wood stops
- 4Pull materials for orders and prepare shipments to customers or other locations
- 5Scan shop orders and follow instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
Requirements5
- 1Able to read tape measures and interpret fractions
- 2Basic identification of wood species and door/frame components
- 3Safe operation of nail guns, power miter saw, planer sander, and other shop tools
- 4Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it
- 5Pre-employment physical and drug screen
