Whole Body Team Member, Stocker & Inventory
Overview
You will own product quality and shelf presentation for vitamins, supplements, and body care at a Whole Foods Market store in Miami. You will rotate stock, manage special orders, and maintain displays to drive sales. You will work alongside a team that supports community food access and sustainability programs. What You'll Do8
- 1Rotate and stock vitamins, supplements, and body care products to ensure freshness and optimal shelf life.
- 2Process, log, and retrieve customer special orders using store systems.
- 3Maintain merchandising displays that meet regional Whole Body standards and maximize product visibility.
- 4Complete spoilage, temperature, and sampling worksheets accurately within set timeframes.
- 5Assist in training new team members using checklists and materials.
- 6Operate box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
- 7Provide service that addresses customer needs and models suggestive selling techniques.
- 8Perform opening, mid, and closing duties to ensure department readiness and accurate signage.
Requirements8
- 1Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk 6-8 hours per shift.
- 2Comfort with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 3Skill in using box cutters and electric pallet jacks (training available).
- 4Capability to work in temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 5No prior retail experience required, but a passion for natural foods is essential.
- 6Adherence to FDA cleaning chemical exposure guidelines and safety protocols.
- 7Strong attention to detail for accurate rotations and inventory logs.
- 8Clear communication skills for customer and team interactions.
