What You'll Do11
- 1Own daily operations in the absence of department heads
- 2Drive urgent attention to resident needs through immediate assistance
- 3Maintain accurate documentation for assessments and records
- 4Assist with call lights and resident support tasks
- 5Implement efficient filing systems for internal documents
- 6Provide hands-on nursing care including medication administration
- 7Ensure compliance with state regulations and care standards
- 8Utilize electronic medical records effectively
- 9Support memory-impaired residents with personalized care
- 10Perform two-person transfers and lift items up to 50 pounds
- 11Promote a culture of employee appreciation and teamwork
Requirements10
- 1Current Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license in good standing
- 2Experience with EMR systems preferred
- 3Strong understanding of medication regulations and legal requirements
- 4Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
- 5Active presence on the floor to address resident needs
- 6Excellent communication skills in English
- 7Positive and energetic attitude
