Wellness Host, Cold Plunge & Sauna Guide
Overview
You own the guest experience at Avanto, Park City's premier cold plunge and Nordic sauna studio. You guide visitors through 2-hour sessions, teaching sauna and cold plunge protocols. You keep the space clean, calm, and welcoming between sessions. You blend concierge, coach, and vibe curator to help people feel more alive. This role offers free access to plunge and sauna facilities.
What You'll Do6
- 1Greet guests and guide them through their cold plunge and sauna session.
- 2Explain best practices for sauna and plunge protocols to first-timers.
- 3Reset the space between sessions: refresh towels, water, and cleanliness.
- 4Post or assist with social content on Instagram and TikTok (optional).
- 5Share personal experience with heat and cold to help guests ease in.
- 6Monitor the sauna temperature and plunge water quality.
Requirements6
- 11+ year in customer service, hospitality, or wellness host roles.
- 2Warm, calm presence with excellent people skills.
- 3Comfortable with cold water and hot sauna environments.
- 4Reliable, self-directed, and detail-oriented.
- 5Passionate about wellness and recovery.
- 6First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
