YogaSix is the fastest growing boutique yoga company in the United States. They seek dynamic team members to assist with membership sales and retention at their Fort Union and Sugarhouse locations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up and closing membership sales
- 2Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager
- 3Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and answer questions
- 4Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing
- 5Emphasize and enforce studio objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
- 6Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
- 7Participate in grassroots community events to promote the studio
- 8Maintain a clean safe inviting environment
- 9Develop selling skills
- 10Assist with developing selling skills
- 11Perform merchandise transactions
Requirements10
- 1Excellent sales communication and customer service skills
- 2Goal-oriented ability to achieve sales targets
- 3Strong in-person customer service abilities
- 4Ability to learn and use Club Ready software system
- 5Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in person and via phone email
- 6Proficient computer skills
- 7Availability early mornings evenings and weekends at least two of three
- 8Social media proficiency highly desired
- 9May require climbing stairs driving a car lifting up to 30 pounds
- 10Close distance peripheral depth perception hearing ability
