Overview
The Wellness Advisor of Sunnyside will advise customers in selecting proper cannabis products and act as an ambassador of the company's mission to normalize professionalize and revolutionize cannabis. Responsibilities include greeting customers building relationships assisting product selection applying effective selling performing accurate cash handling maintaining records and more.
What You'll Do13
- 1Greet customers ensuring a best-in-class experience
- 2Build customer relationships by asking questions and listening attentively to foster a welcoming environment
- 3Assist customers in product selection through education of cannabis products and their impact
- 4Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets
- 5Verify proper documentation and ID for customers
- 6Assist in verifying accuracy of orders being dispensed promptly
- 7Label and package customer orders
- 8Perform accurate cash handling following Standard Operating Procedures
- 9Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities in accordance with state regulations
- 10Perform routine inventory counts and organize product stock
- 11Assist managers with organizing sales floor merchandise and product displays
- 12Ensure security measures and safety compliance according to Company SOPs
- 13Keep the store organized and clean
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2Minimum 1 year customer service retail hospitality experience preferred
- 3Flexibility for shift work including weekends and holidays
- 4Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage customers
- 5Demonstrated ability to apply technical product information in a professional consultative manner
- 6Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance
