What You'll Do11

- 4Provide problem-solving sales assistance including upselling and cross-selling
- 5Generate references and repeat visits
- 6Enter simple math and data using POS systems
- 7Process fulfillment orders
- 8Ensure regulatory compliance with LARA and Metrc
- 9Stay current on cannabis knowledge to educate guests
- 10Participate in educational events and initiatives
- 11Stand for entire shifts and perform physical tasks
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 2 years in customer service within retail environments
- 2Familiarity with ordering platforms like Dutchie and Weedmaps
- 3Experience with POS systems
- 4At least 21 years of age
- 5Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Passion for cannabis education and community engagement
- 7Ability to work independently and collaboratively
