What You'll Do17
- 1Support the General Manager in executing all recreational and medical cannabis sales operations and manage personnel within retail locations
- 2Manage daily store opening and closing procedures
- 3Drive sales goals and objectives through daily operations
- 4Provide escalated guidance to customers and resolve complaints
- 5Handle workforce management including onboarding training and scheduling
- 6Ensure compliance with internal policies and local state regulations
- 7Perform daily cash verifications and recording
- 8Process deliveries and manage inventory transfers
- 9Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- 10Greet and check in customers and patients while understanding their wellness needs
- 11Educate customers on product uses for desired effects
- 12Sell products using POS system and comply with packaging and labeling
- 13Enter or modify customer information in POS system
- 14Manage team schedules for proper coverage
- 15Order supplies as needed
- 16Lead staff when the General Manager is unavailable
- 17Maintain physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
Requirements11
- 16 months of customer service and/or sales experience
- 2Experience with METRC
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division Employee Badge
- 5Strong verbal and customer service skills
- 62 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- 7Experience with Cannabis POS system
- 8Knowledge of local and state cannabis laws
- 9Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs
- 10High school diploma or equivalent
- 11Applicable work permits
