Water Resource Control Engineer
Overview
Enforce cleanup of PFAS petroleum solvents and pesticide contaminated soil and groundwater. Manage and regulate Leaking Underground Storage Tank Program and Site Cleanup Program. Operate within California State Water Resources Control Board framework.

- 3Ship remediation projects from initial assessment to completion
- 4Drive regulatory compliance across multiple case types
- 5Collaborate with regional boards to maintain water quality standards
- 6Maintain accurate documentation of all enforcement actions
- 7Develop strategies for efficient case resolution
- 8Ensure adherence to California water resource regulations
- 9Provide technical leadership for environmental remediation efforts
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years constructing remediation systems designs
- 3Proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes platforms
- 4Certified in CPC Card or BCBA
- 5Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in diverse teams
- 6Valid driver's license for field operations
- 7Strong analytical skills for contamination assessment
- 8Experience with PFAS regulatory frameworks
- 9Knowledge of California water quality legislation
- 10Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 11Commitment to environmental stewardship principles
