Overview
Lead civil engineer overseeing water and sewer project planning design and construction managing teams and budgets. Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with county standards.

Requirements5
- 1Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Valid Class C non commercial driver license with no more than three points
- 4Knowledge of GIS-based hydraulic modeling
- 5Experience with water quality management and pollution controls
