Overview
Own receiving, moving, storing, and shipping processes at scale within a safety conscious environment. Work with RF terminals and WMS to ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment. Collaborate with a team to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality. This role emphasizes physical tasks, record keeping, and operational reliability at our Plainfield location.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build accurate order picking and packing to meet customer specifications
- 2Load and unload product from vehicles and pallets
- 3Pull, prepare, and ship product with correct quantity and type
- 4Utilize RF terminals for picking, inventory, and shipping functions
- 5Determine destination by scanning labels and charts and sort accordingly
- 6Maintain clean, organized workspace and accurate inventory records
- 7Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts
- 8Operate warehouse and computer equipment as needed
- 9Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, and repacking tasks
- 10Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
Requirements5
- 10-2 years of warehouse experience
- 2Experience with Warehouse Management Systems WMS and RF equipment preferred
- 3Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5Customer service driven and strong team player
