What You'll Do11
- 1Run the floor and own outcomes
- 2Coordinate local picking lead and improve accuracy
- 3Refine picking routes and train team members
- 4Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies
- 5Hold the team accountable for scan compliance
- 6Conduct audits and coach staff on quality control
- 7Own feedback loops to boost pick performance
- 8Supervise delivery vehicle loadout and coordination
- 9Assign tasks based on priority and capacity
- 10Track fulfillment from pick to loadout
- 11Troubleshoot bottlenecks using warehouse management systems
Requirements9
- 12+ years leading or supervising in a warehouse distribution or fulfillment setting
- 2Proven track record of process improvement
- 3Knowledge of warehouse operations inventory management and logistics
- 4Strong communication and coaching abilities
- 5Comfort with warehouse management software and Microsoft Office
- 6Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- 7Availability for overtime
- 8High school diploma or equivalent
- 9Associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics supply chain preferred
