Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Cross train in all departments learning multiple jobs to perform distribution-related functions as needed
- 2Work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment interacting with leadership and sharing task-related information
- 3Contribute to maintaining a safe clean work environment and display positive team spirit
- 4Monitor production identify and resolve barriers escalating complex issues to location leadership
- 5Drive Lean culture implement suggestions for continuous improvement support new process adoption
- 6Train new hires and retrain existing team members as required
- 7Ensure SOPs are rolled out and training completed
- 8Communicate effectively using English verbally and in writing
- 9Assist in conveying new processes and procedures to staff
- 10Demonstrate commitment to ODP core values
- 11Maintain ability to lift 70 pounds regularly and 150 pounds infrequently
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- 2Minimum 3 years warehouse distribution supply chain experience
- 3Ability to communicate verbally and in writing using English
- 4Knowledge of warehouse management systems and equipment
- 5Basic math skills counting addition subtraction multiplication
- 6Knowledge of PC operation and power mobile equipment with possible additional training
- 7Ability to walk on uneven surfaces and perform hand manipulation tasks
- 8Flexibility to start early or stay late to complete work
- 9Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- 10Willingness to work a flexible schedule
