We seek a Warehouse Site Manager to lead operations at Capstone Logistics. You will oversee daily warehouse activities ensuring safety efficiency and cost reduction.

- 1Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities
- 2Communicate with associates on service levels accountability pay and performance
- 3Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate
- 4Audit daily labor and billing reports
- 5Ensure customer needs are met daily
- 6Document and resolve customer service issues
- 7Follow Capstone policies and work rules
- 8Hold weekly safety meetings
- 9Assist in managing site and departmental budget
- 10Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements
- 11Interview hire and train new associates
- 12Supervise timely and accurate data entry
- 13Complete daily closeout including cash balancing data upload and payroll record administration
- 14Manage budgets read and interpret PnL statements and prepare management reports
- 15Operate material handling equipment
- 16Work in warehouse environment on concrete flooring and varying temperatures
- 17Lift up to 75 lbs

- 1Flexible with shift start times including weekends and holidays
- 23 years management and leadership experience in industrial setting
- 3Ability to train coach mentor warehouse associates
- 4Strong organization and prioritizing skills
- 5Decision making problem solving and directing workforce abilities
- 6Budget management reading PnL statements preparing reports
- 7Intermediate PC skills Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint
- 8Degree or associate degree with equivalent experience
- 9Excellent interpersonal communication leadership and customer service skills
- 10Proven supervision of warehouse employees hiring training termination
- 11High levels of customer service to internal and external customers
