Warehouse Associate, Under Armour Distribution
Overview
You will own daily distribution operations at Under Armour's Mt. Juliet warehouse, supporting picking, packing, and shipping at scale. Join a team of associates moving high-volume merchandise across shifts. You get a $1.20/hour raise once forklift certified. This role offers immediate openings with four-day shifts and weekend options.
What You'll Do7
- 1Pick and pack merchandise for outgoing orders using RF scanners.
- 2Sort and label products to maintain accurate inventory flow.
- 3Load and unload shipments, moving up to 50 lbs with proper technique.
- 4Conduct inventory counts and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- 5Operate RF scanners to track and update stock in real time.
- 6Prepare orders for shipment, including wrapping and labeling pallets.
- 7Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocols.
Requirements7
- 1Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- 2Comfort working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures.
- 3Reliable attendance for your assigned shift, including weekends if scheduled.
- 4Basic computer or RF scanner experience preferred.
- 5Forklift experience is a plus, with certification provided on-site.
- 6Must have reliable transportation to the Mt. Juliet location.
- 7Must pass pre-employment screening including background check.
