Warehouse Associate, Inventory & Receiving at Nirvana Center Dispensaries
Overview
The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations at our Phoenix facility handling receiving, organizing, storing, and moving inventory. You will help ensure accurate inventory, clean and safe work areas, and assist with receivables during deliveries. You will work with a team in a family-owned environment that values reliability and attention to detail. This role emphasizes hands-on operations, safety, and collaboration in a growing company.
What You'll Do10
- 1Receive and unload shipments and verify against packing slips and purchase orders
- 2Label, stage, and store incoming materials and inventory
- 3Organize products to maximize space and accessibility
- 4Assist with picking, packing, staging, and moving products throughout the facility
- 5Operate warehouse equipment safely and report safety hazards or discrepancies
- 6Maintain clean, organized facility spaces and clear aisles and loading areas
- 7Assist with receivables during scheduled delivery times
- 8Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with counts as needed
- 9Support general warehouse tasks as assigned
- 10Maintain a professional, dependable, and team oriented approach
Requirements10
- 1Previous warehouse or facility experience preferred
- 2Ability to lift and move materials as required
- 3Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical duties
- 4Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 5Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- 6Reliable attendance and punctuality
- 7Effective communication with coworkers, management, vendors, and delivery personnel
- 8Ability to safely work in a warehouse and loading/unloading environment
- 9Physical ability to lift items up to an stated limit
- 10Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
