Overview
Join XDS Bicycles as a Warehouse Associate on the ground floor of our North American launch. Own inbound and outbound inventory flow, from receiving shipments to preparing orders for distribution, within a high-volume bike manufacturing operation. Collaborate with the Warehouse & Logistics Manager to meet tight deadlines and uphold operational standards. XDS is the world's largest carbon-fiber frame producer, bringing 8 million complete bikes annually to market with 300+ international patents. This role is pivotal in establishing our X-LAB brand presence in the US, offering a chance to shape processes from day one.
What You'll Do9
- 1Receive incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and inspecting for damage.
- 2Move materials and finished goods throughout the facility using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and conveyors.
- 3Inspect and organize stock meticulously, ensuring proper storage and rotation.
- 4Pick and prepare orders for outbound shipping, accurately selecting items per packing lists.
- 5Operate handheld scanners to log inventory movements, update counts, and verify orders.
- 6Package products for shipment, including kitting and labeling with correct barcodes and addresses.
- 7Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with management.
- 8Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, following OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols.
- 9Support cross-functional tasks such as counting products and labeling during peak seasons.
Requirements9
- 11+ years of warehouse or logistics experience in a fast-moving environment.
- 2Proficiency with handheld scanners and inventory management systems.
- 3Ability to lift and carry objects up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- 4Comfort standing, walking, or sitting for extended shifts, and performing bending, stooping, and twisting motions.
- 5Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory deductions without a calculator.
- 6Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents in English.
- 7Experience operating warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- 8Flexibility to work overtime and varied shifts, including weekends, as needed.
- 9High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
