Overview

You will own packaging aerospace parts such as bolts, nuts, and fasteners for a small, clean warehouse in Naperville, IL, ensuring every item meets strict quality standards before shipment. You will work on a first-shift schedule (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Monday through Friday, with flexibility to start earlier. You will join a laid-back, close-knit team of 10-15 employees where individual contributions are visible and valued. What You'll Do9

  • 1Package small aerospace parts including bolts, nuts, and fasteners following established procedures and standards.
  • 2Inspect parts to confirm they meet aerospace quality standards before packaging and shipment.
  • 3Prepare orders for shipping by labeling, boxing, and organizing items for carrier pickup.
  • 4Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory to support warehouse operations.
  • 5Maintain accurate counts of parts and materials to support inventory control.
  • 6Keep the work area tidy, clean, and free of debris to promote safety and efficiency.
  • 7Follow all company procedures for packaging, shipping, and inventory handling.
  • 8Collaborate with team members to complete orders accurately and on time.
  • 9Stand for extended periods while performing packaging and warehouse tasks.

Requirements10

  • 16+ months of experience in packaging or warehouse work.
  • 2Experience with packaging processes in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • 3Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and handling outbound orders.
  • 4Ability to perform inventory-related tasks such as counting and organizing parts.
  • 5Strong attention to detail when inspecting and packaging small components.
  • 6Ability to stand for most of the workday and perform repetitive tasks safely.
  • 7Reliability and consistency in following work schedules and procedures.
  • 8Previous experience in quality inspection is a plus.
  • 9Prior experience with aerospace parts or in the aerospace industry is an advantage.
  • 10Comfort working in a small company environment with a close-knit team.
