What You'll Do9
- 1Perform visual and functional inspections of parts, recording results per AS9100 standards.

- 4Mark parts with identification numbers using laser marking equipment.
- 5Set work priorities and schedules to meet production targets within the first 90 days.
- 6Lead and train lower-level employees, sharing advanced machine setup knowledge.
- 7Complete production paperwork and operation audits, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- 8Operate hand tools and powered equipment safely, adhering to PPE guidelines.
- 9Communicate with manufacturing engineers and QA to resolve quality issues in real time.
Requirements8
- 12-4 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- 2High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3Ability to read and write English for documentation and communication.
- 4Basic inspection processes using tools like micrometers and calipers.
- 5Advanced understanding of machine function, including setups and troubleshooting.
- 6Advanced knowledge of tools such as drills, reams, and taps.
- 7Strong communication skills to collaborate with engineering and QA teams.
- 8Physical capability for moderate work, standing, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
