The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations at the TSMC site in Phoenix. This role involves loading unloading trucks operating material handling equipment maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting team members. What You'll Do11
- 1Operate forklifts electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
- 2Receive inspect document and organize incoming deliveries
- 3Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment
- 4Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper handling and storage
- 5Assist with inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate records
- 6Stage and move materials to support shipping receiving and inventory activities
- 7Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete daily tasks
- 8Perform heavy lifting and manual material handling as required
- 9Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment
- 10Accurately count and verify products and materials
- 11Follow all company safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents
Requirements11
- 1Minimum of 1 year forklift experience stand-up forklift preferred
- 2Ability to work required schedule including built-in overtime and Saturday shifts
- 3Flexibility to travel between company warehouse locations
- 4Experience operating electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- 5Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environment
- 6Experience with shipping receiving loading and unloading trucks
- 7Familiarity with standard warehouse documentation and inventory procedures
- 8Ability to work effectively in fast-paced warehouse environment
- 9Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- 10Valid Arizona driver’s license
- 11Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds with assistance
