What You'll Do9
- 1Greet customers as they arrive, seated and ready to take their orders.
- 2Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay details to kitchen staff.
- 3Check customer IDs to verify legal drinking age before serving alcohol.
- 4Prepare and serve drinks including mimosas, bloody Marys, and refill coffee and soft drinks.
- 5Enter orders into the POS, then toast bread and serve food and beverages to tables.
- 6Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and correct any issues promptly.
- 7Pre-bus and bus tables, removing dirty plates and keeping the dining area clean.
- 8Roll silverware, set up stations, and fill condiment containers before each service.
- 9Complete Food Handler Certificate training and follow all safety regulations.
Requirements7
- 1Experience waiting tables in a high-volume restaurant, 1+ year preferred.
- 2Proven ability to handle multiple tables and keep pace in a busy environment.
- 3Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- 4Ability to carry plates and trays safely, and stand for long shifts.
- 5Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
- 6Availability for full or part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- 7Must obtain Food Handler Certificate within 30 days of hire.
