Overview
You will own bar operations at Stonewood Grill & Tavern, delivering hand-crafted cocktails and exceptional service in a high-energy, polished casual setting. You will work alongside a chef-driven team in a scratch kitchen, serving hand-cut steaks and locally sourced seafood. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests and take beverage orders, crafting signature cocktails with precision and speed
- 2Serve beer, wine, and spirits while ensuring proper pouring and garnish standards
- 3Maintain a clean and stocked bar, including glassware, ice, and garnishes, during your shift
- 4Interact with guests to deliver a memorable experience and anticipate their needs
- 5Process payments accurately through the POS system and handle cash tips
- 6Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely drink delivery
- 7Follow all health and safety regulations, including ServSafe and local alcohol service laws
- 8Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory counts and restocking
Requirements8
- 11+ year bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- 2TIPS or ServSafe alcohol certification preferred
- 3Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25+ lbs
- 4Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 5Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails
- 6Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
- 7Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- 8No formal education required
