What You'll Do11
- 1Operational Leadership Direct end-to-end operations across shipping receiving product processing destruction print production fulfillment and DEA-regulated activities
- 2Establish standardized processes for consistency efficiency and scalability
- 3Ensure regulatory compliance with DOT OSHA FDA NABP DEA EPA through policy development and enforcement
- 4Review contracts assess risk exposure and evaluate execution feasibility
- 5Own P&L performance including budgeting forecasting and cost management
- 6Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and quality
- 7Build stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment with client requirements
- 8Perform interviews hire and develop operations leadership teams
- 9Support quality programs manage travel logistics and adhere to physical demands
- 10Administer personnel policies conduct performance reviews and provide guidance
- 11Promote organizational effectiveness and change management
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Ten years professional warehousing logistics or related operational experience
- 3Five years senior leadership with multi-function operations
- 4Demonstrated P&L management budgeting forecasting and strategic initiatives
- 5Knowledge of enterprise-level business acumen and regulatory frameworks
- 6Advanced financial acumen and analytical capabilities
- 7Strong oral and written communication presentation skills
- 8Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise applications
- 9Valid driver’s license mental clarity conceptual thinking problem solving and multitasking
- 10Physical ability to lift occasionally walk and travel as required
