What You'll Do11

Requirements10
- 15+ years building mortgage‑backed securities research with Python and SQL
- 23-5 seasons leading teams or managing complex projects
- 3AWS Certified or equivalent cloud computing expertise
- 4CPC Card in mortgage or investment research
- 5BCBA certification preferred
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Bloomberg Terminal
- 7Strong command of mortgages and fixed income markets
- 8Ability to assess large datasets for market opportunities and risk identification
- 9Experience with data science tools and AI applications in research workflows
