As VP of Business Operations, you will own the company's execution, planning, and internal systems, driving an AI-first operating model. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will turn data into decisions and scale a mission-driven startup.
What You'll Do7
- 1Drive the organization's operating rhythm, ensuring top-priority initiatives are implemented with speed and accountability.
- 2Own the execution and integration of Golden Child's AI-first operating system, partnering with Engineering and Data Science on development.
- 3Lead organization-wide adoption of AI-powered tools and workflows.
- 4Extract signals from internal and external data, translating them into actionable insights that set company priorities.
- 5Own customer economics, measuring and forecasting LTV (lifetime value), acquisition costs, retention, and revenue forecasts.
- 6Lead FP&A and demand planning, leveraging AI-driven forecasting to predict business performance.
- 7Scale internal systems and processes to support rapid growth across operations, finance, and analytics.
Requirements6
- 17-10 years in business operations, data analytics, strategic finance, or financial forecasting.
- 2Deep expertise driving cross-functional initiatives and managing execution in high-growth environments.
