What You'll Do6

  • 1Source and qualify leads across Fortune 500 companies, independently building your own pipeline without warm referrals.
  • 2Lead client conversations from first contact through discovery, proposal, and term sheet, driving complex B2B deals.
  • 3Support executive leadership in negotiating commercial documents, ensuring binding agreements that advance Radiant's mission.
  • 4Develop tailored proposals and external communications, articulating the value of portable nuclear power to diverse audiences.
  • 5Learn the fundamentals of nuclear microreactors, siting, licensing, and utility energy to speak credibly with customers.
  • 6Act as an ambassador for Radiant's brand, building trust and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.

Requirements6

  • 17-10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role, with a proven track record of originating national deals.
  • 2Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3Demonstrated ability to source opportunities independently, not just manage inbound leads.
  • 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to executive audiences.
  • 5US Citizen or green card holder, as the role involves access to export-controlled technology.
  • 6Willing to work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ, travel 2-3 times per month, and work extended hours as needed.
