What You'll Do16
- 1Lead volunteer groups through food sorting repackaging and assembly projects
- 2Provide training on food safety warehouse safety and sorting requirements
- 3Motivate and supervise volunteers
- 4Conduct facility tours for new volunteers
- 5Educate volunteers on organization mission and upcoming events
- 6Assign volunteers to collaborate with other departments as requested
- 7Manage volunteers at off-site fundraisers and food drives
- 8Ensure accurate inventory control and communicate daily with operations
- 9Perform cycle counts for products in volunteer sort rooms
- 10Complete and submit pallet drop request forms
- 11Use manual and electric pallet jacks daily and operate forklift weekly
- 12Track service hours for court ordered community service volunteers
- 13Assign court ordered volunteers to work with other departments
- 14Confirm completed hours for court school and corporate volunteers
- 15Coordinate warehouse equipment usage and maintenance schedules
- 16Maintain compliance with food safety standards after each shift
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School Diploma required education level
- 32+ years related experience and/or training
- 4Current Driver’s License and automobile insurance
- 5Professional reference feedback acceptable results
- 6Criminal background check required
- 7Motor Vehicle Record required
- 8Pre-employment drug test required
- 9Excellent time management skills
- 10Strong communication abilities with diverse audiences
- 11Attention to detail and result orientation
