Vitamin Body Care Assistant Dallas TX
Overview
The Vitamin/Body Care Assistant supports managers to drive profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on inventory accuracy sales margin and operational efficiency. Expect hands-on contributions to merchandising and staff training.
What You'll Do12
- 1Provide world class customer service as top priority daily
- 2Create inviting full and shopable departments
- 3Assist managers with ordering inventory and maintaining stock levels
- 4Manage margins drive sales and minimize shrink
- 5Ensure products meet company standards and handle special orders
- 6Merchandise shelves endcaps and displays
- 7Participate in tagging facing rotating cleaning and stocking
- 8Train and monitor department personnel
- 9Conduct demos and address performance issues
- 10Support store opening and closing including DSR and cash handling
- 11Maintain safety and security while answering customer questions
- 12Increase product knowledge using SAP and inventory software
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED preferred
- 21 year grocery retail experience preferred natural foods background
- 31 year supervision experience preferred vitamins/supplements background
- 4Ability to pass food safety training and maintain certifications
- 5Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
