What You'll Do11
- 1Own and execute daily tasks to maintain inviting full departments
- 2Assist in managing margin COGs and profitability across grocery bulk dairy frozen sections
- 3Ensure inventory levels and product standards meet company policies
- 4Handle merchandise merchandising shelf placement and dynamic display creation
- 5Participate in tagging facing rotating cleaning stocking and backstock processes
- 6Train and monitor staff while following up on assigned tasks
- 7Conduct customer demos using Health Supportive statements and nutritional guidance
- 8Support store opening and closing including DSR reporting and cash handling
- 9Process register functions backup cashiering and customer complaint resolution
- 10Maintain safety and security while answering policy-driven customer inquiries
- 11Continuously increase product knowledge and utilize SAP inventory systems
Requirements5
- 1High School diploma GED preferred with 1 year grocery retail experience natural foods background a plus
- 21 year supervisory experience preferred along with ability to pass food safety training
- 3Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with cashier training proficiency
- 4Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask under changing priorities
- 5Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs with team assistance and frequent standing walking
