What You'll Do12
- 1Deliver prompt friendly knowledgeable guidance on supplements and related products to drive customer choices
- 2Maintain in depth knowledge of vitamins supplements and health beauty items to advise shoppers
- 3Order products and oversee inventory control to prevent out of stocks and overstocks
- 4Collaborate with Buyer and Store Manager to set product assortment based on sales reports and market trends
- 5Engage and evaluate team members through coaching feedback and one on one development discussions
- 6Attend and participate in in store meetings regularly
- 7Recruit hire and recommend promotions in partnership with Store Manager
- 8Exercise independent judgment to address team concerns and implement corrective actions with HR
- 9Create adjust schedules and staffing levels to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
- 10Communicate standards expectations and product knowledge to team members
- 11Lead a team delivering top quality product service and customer experience
- 12Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed
Requirements11
- 1Minimum 1 year of vitamin homeopathy or holistic experience with leadership
- 2Strong communication skills ability to give and take direction
- 3Ability to stand walk bend climb lift stack and maneuver heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- 4Willingness to learn about new products and alternative health practices
- 5Excellent organization prioritization and physical stamina
- 6Ability to move ladders handle utility carts maneuver six wheel carts and walk up to 5 miles in an 8 hour shift
- 7Valid Food Handlers permit
- 8Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- 9Outgoing friendly behavior positive attitude toward team members and customers
- 10Working knowledge of personnel reports margin reports sales numbers and financial goals
- 11Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competitive salary and benefits
