- 4Manage operating room block reviews and allocate surgical assets efficiently
- 5Oversee financial performance including budget preparation and expense management
- 6Coordinate HR functions including recruitment and staff development
- 7Partner with clinical leaders to implement process improvements and technology upgrades
- 8Collaborate with OR Executive Committee on capital planning and space allocation
- 9Maintain quality and safety standards across surgical departments
- 10Develop and communicate strategies with hospital leadership and department chairs
- 11Supervise and mentor surgical leadership team
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree required with Master's preferred for hospital operations leadership roles
- 210+ years progressive financial and administrative management experience
- 35-7 years direct hospital operations leadership experience
- 4Proven track record in program development and execution
- 5Expertise in healthcare analytics and decision support tools
- 6Strong leadership and communication skills with organizational excellence
- 7Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives under pressure
- 8Experience with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
- 9Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise systems
- 10Commitment to fostering collaborative workplace culture
Salary Insight
$270 - $310k per year
