What You'll Do10

  • 2Advise on messaging, positioning, reputation management, and market dynamics across AI, cloud, SaaS, data and analytics
  • 3Define integrated, multi‑channel strategies to build brand authority and market leadership
  • 4Provide executive‑level counsel and manage senior stakeholder relationships at the board level
  • 5Own growth opportunities within existing accounts through thought leadership and executive visibility programs
  • 6Oversee budgets, staffing, forecasting, and margin management for assigned accounts
  • 7Contribute to Highwire’s point of view on trends like AI acceleration and security demands
  • 8Maintain relationships with top media, analysts, and industry influencers
  • 9Oversee thought leadership programs and executive visibility through media training and speaking opportunities
  • 10Support cross‑practice collaboration and contribute to new business pitches and proposals

Requirements10

  • 110+ years of PR or strategic communications experience with significant agency leadership
  • 2Deep expertise in B2B technology communications including enterprise software, AI, cloud, SaaS, data and analytics, developer tools, or compliance tech
  • 3Proven success owning and scaling integrated, multi‑channel programs for complex, high‑growth B2B clients
  • 4Strong command of B2B tech media, analyst communities (Gartner, Forrester, IDC), and industry influencers
  • 5Ability to craft data‑informed, creative narratives that connect with executives and developers
  • 6Executive‑level client counsel and management of senior stakeholder relationships
  • 7Track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high‑performing teams
  • 8Strong business acumen with forecasting, resourcing, and revenue growth experience
  • 9Experience winning new business in a competitive agency environment
  • 10Willingness to lead in fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and collaborate across geographies and teams
