What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead C-suite thought leadership programs for major technology and healthcare brands across software, AI, cloud, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, health tech, and life sciences.
  • 2Develop and execute executive visibility strategies that establish CEOs as authoritative voices across earned and owned channels.
  • 3Build and manage evergreen thought leadership platforms to sustain executive presence between news moments.
  • 4Provide strategic counsel on message development, media positioning, and storytelling for high-profile audiences.
  • 5Lead media strategy for earnings, IPOs, and corporate milestone campaigns with proactive narratives.
  • 6Cultivate strong relationships with journalists and editors in top-tier financial, business, and consumer media.
  • 7Guide clients through high-stakes communications moments with best-in-class media counsel on crisis and leadership transitions.
  • 8Stay current on B2B and B2C technology and healthcare media landscapes including new media outlets and formats.
  • 9Identify and pursue emerging media opportunities with trend-based pitching and proactive storytelling.
  • 10Design agency-wide training programs to elevate media relations skills across all client teams.

Requirements9

  • 17+ years of media relations experience with at least 4 years in a PR or communications agency
  • 2Proven experience developing and executing C-suite thought leadership programs for technology, financial, and healthcare companies
  • 3Direct experience with financial communications including earnings media programs and IPOs
  • 4Deep fluency in B2B and B2C technology and healthcare media landscapes
  • 5Established relationships with reporters, editors, and producers across national print/digital, broadcast, and trade media
  • 6Experience developing and delivering internal training or capability-building programs at scale
  • 7Strong strategic leadership and senior client management experience
  • 8Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • 9Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
