Overview
Senseye, a NeuroTechnology Company in Austin, Texas seeks a Vice President Product leader to shape the Target Product Profile for its Objective Mental Health Diagnostics. This cross-functional executive will collaborate with Market Access, Engineering & AI, and clinical teams to ensure product success while driving clinical usability and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on aligning product strategy with market needs and delivering solutions for PTSD Anxiety Depression.
What You'll Do11
- 1Define and own the Target Product Profile establishing product expectations for clinicians patients and payers
- 2Translate physician research findings into prioritized product improvements
- 3Lead UI/UX development grounded in clinical workflow realities and physician input
- 4Own the product roadmap and coordinate cross-functional execution
- 5Define form factor workflow and integration strategies across primary care behavioral health VA DoD and telehealth platforms
- 6Drive clinical evidence generation and feedback loops from pilot deployments
- 7Establish product standards for clinical usability and monitor adoption metrics
- 8Collaborate with regulatory specialists to align product features with FDA pathways and label language
- 9Manage a 20-person agile organization balancing product definition with delivery responsibilities
- 10Balance scientific validity with clinical usability to bridge technical and therapeutic goals
- 11Foster continuous learning and adaptability in a fast evolving mental health technology landscape
Requirements9
- 1Experience working on an FDA-regulated software medical device especially one brought to market
- 28–10 years of product leadership in diagnostics digital health or SaaS as a medical device
- 3Deep understanding of TPP framework and product definition for clinical regulatory commercial contexts
- 4Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct management authority
- 5Strong grasp of clinical workflow integration and hardware expansion strategies
- 6Background in diagnostics digital health or software as a medical device
- 7Ability to thrive in a 20-person company where VP level influence is expected
- 8Motivation to learn and apply knowledge in novel ways across diverse domains
- 9Experience coordinating with AI engineers regulatory specialists and market access strategists
