Vice President of Finance at International Computer Concepts
Overview
International Computer Concepts seeks a VP of Finance to scale finance for a rapidly growing datacenter and HPC company. The role will own Accounting and FP&A from month-end close to board reporting while partnering directly with the CEO. This position elevates ICC's existing finance infrastructure to support its next phase of expansion.
What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare us for investor discussions by owning financial reporting and diligence support for ICC's upcoming capital raise
- 2Design internal processes and controls to strengthen segregation of duties and financial operations
- 3Lead FP&A initiatives including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- 4Manage cash and working capital while improving accounts receivable collections
- 5Coordinate tax and compliance activities with external advisors
- 6Evaluate and improve ERP systems to ensure clean reconciliation across sales operations
- 7Partner with CEO and ownership on strategic pricing and investment decisions
- 8Scale accounting teams and design financial data reconciliation processes
- 9Drive internal control enhancements aligned with growth objectives
Requirements9
- 110–15+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience
- 2Proven success managing external audits and maintaining GAAP compliance
- 3Track record of preparing investor-ready financial materials and board packages
- 4Strong FP&A capabilities including budgeting forecasting and KPI development
- 5Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance or an MBA
- 6CPA license with public accounting background
- 7Experience in private family-owned businesses transitioning to institutional ownership
- 8Familiarity with multi-entity consolidation and international operations
- 9Knowledge of technology sector regulations and compliance frameworks

$210 - $265k per year
