You will own the front door of a 24/7 specialty and emergency hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. As the first voice pet owners hear in a crisis, you'll guide them through urgent care, schedule consultations, and coordinate admissions and discharges. What You'll Do8

  • 1Serve as the first point of contact for pet owners, welcoming them with empathy and clarity during high-stress situations.
  • 2Guide clients to the appropriate specialty or emergency services based on their pet's condition, triaging calls with active listening.
  • 3Schedule consultations and coordinate admissions and discharges, ensuring a smooth flow for every patient visit.
  • 4Help families navigate care options and payment processes, reducing barriers to access and improving outcomes.
  • 5Maintain accurate client and patient records in hospital systems, processing payments and documenting interactions in real time.
  • 6Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver a seamless experience, from first call to follow-up.
  • 7Manage a high volume of incoming calls and walk-ins, prioritizing urgent cases while remaining composed and solution-focused.
  • 8Contribute to a culture of compassion and teamwork, supporting colleagues during peak demand and celebrating wins together.
