Overview
The Vehicles Sales Management Trainee at Ryder provides general Vehicle Sales training along with specific instruction in Rental Finance Operations HR and Sales & Marketing. Candidates must relocate within their geographic territory after completing the program. This fast paced role covers all aspects of the business unit.
What You'll Do6
- 1Call on prospective customers and assigned accounts within a specific territory while using constant aggressive telephone marketing skills
- 2Maintain contacts with existing customers to improve retention keeps current on market and customer trends
- 3Develop and implement strategies necessary to improve sales performance
- 4Responsible for operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management
- 5Support the Vehicle Sales Managers in achievement of all location sales quotas goals and objectives
- 6Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements6

- 5Qualification two years or more experience in customer service with issues resolution required
